Setting up my weight loss regimen, MFP assigned a daily calorie count of 2010 calories. I have lost 10.3 pounds after 9 weeks on the program. My daily calorie limit is still listed as 2010 calories. My daily calorie goal
Currently set to 1970 calories per day. As I loose weight, will that daily goal of 1970 calories decrease at certain weight levels (such as very 10 pounds lost) or will I have to recompute the desired calorie level and manually change it in my goals? Start weight shows zero pounds
When I bring up a report to see the graph of my weight tracking, it starts at zero and then my starting weight. Why doesn't it show a start at me starting weight instead of zero?
