Samsung Galaxy/Laptop don't display the same food diary

I want to be able to log my foods on both my Samsung Galaxy and my computer and see the same entries on both. How do I get them both to display the food diary?

Sometimes theres a little bot of a delay in the syncing but as long as you are logged in under the same account they should show the same thing eventually.
