This is my very first fast I was hoping someone in here had some experience with it and could give me some pointers about not losing muscle during this period
I train with a lot of intensity and focus on being the hardest working person in the gym I work out 5 days a week have a low calorie high protein diet any suggestions would be helpful?
alright I see a majority of kids today are gaming addicts that never get outside and exercise. So the question is this is your mother in better shape than you?
