Well the last five days were a bust
Back to the grind today . I literally ate whatever I wanted and didn’t exercise plus alcohol :/ cookouts etc

Plateau
I’ve been the same weight now for what I think is about 2/3 weeks . I have had some rough weekends in there , but it’s still frustrating that my early morning weigh in doesn’t show any loss . Feeling frustrated

Calories question
If I’m trying to lose and my calories are set at 1200, but then I burn 465 calories working out, should I or shouldn’t I eat those calories, the Internet is confusing and I can’t figure it out :/

Update since last post pictures
I have been feeling like I hit a plateau and the last pics I posted I felt as though I was stuck there. There has been no change in my weight but after forcing myself to take a progress pic I believe I see a big difference even if the scale says no . April 8th is first pic and 2nd pic is today .

Went HAM over the weekend with food
Trying to get back in track today. I’ve lost 27lbs and nothing else in weeks as I’ve been indulgent. This weekend was it though. Mother’s Day is over and no more excuses! Anyone else

Down 26lbs
And celebrated by chipotle for dinner, I know we are not supposed to reward ourselves with food... but it tasted so good and it’s nice to indulge once in a while ;)

3-4lb gain in a weekend?
I’m so sad , I was steadily losing and I had a cheat day or two and now it seems I’ve gained 3-4lbs back :( . I don’t know what happened?!
