Went HAM over the weekend with food

Trying to get back in track today. I’ve lost 27lbs and nothing else in weeks as I’ve been indulgent. This weekend was it though. Mother’s Day is over and no more excuses! Anyone else

    Everything, a cheeseburger a frosty blueberry pancakes and bacon a pulled pork taco a chicken salad sandwich smoked meats lol

    I celebrated my birthday with my best friend Saturday night. We ate a lot of delicious Mediterranean food and drank a bottle of wine. Yesterday I managed to only go a little over but I wasn’t very active. Tonight we’re having another big dinner celebrating my oldest son’s graduation and it happens to be my 40th! I’m planning on getting a good workout in today though.

    Log it and move on, lol.

    I was sick and ate maybe 1500 calories yesterday. Worst mother's day ever.

    Some days you just gotta celebrate! I had a pretty upset stomach myself last night after a day of indulging. I didn't even sweat it though as far as my calories go. I know I'm on track this week to continue to lose. You got this!

    I’m hoping ! I feel like the hardest part is now. Maintaining current weight loss , feeling good about my accomplishment but still trying to get another 15-20 gone . I need that motivation, guess that’s why I’m here chopping it up with you guys;)
