My breakfast intake is 243calories (1/2 cup of oat meal mixed with my protein powder, and a banana) then I go to the gym to lift weights and after, run two to three miles. Should I eat more in the morning. My goal is to stay on 1,400 intake for the day. What do you eat? And how are you able to build muscle/tone?
