busy working mom with ACL repair looking to lose 90-100 lbs
I lost almost 65 lbs in 2014 with myfitnesspal and daily work-outs. Of course...like most people life happens and I gained it back. A short unplanned trip down a mountain without my skis, resulted in ACL surgery this year. Anyone else facing modification with workouts? I am really focusing on my eating right now.
