busy working mom with ACL repair looking to lose 90-100 lbs

I lost almost 65 lbs in 2014 with myfitnesspal and daily work-outs. Of course...like most people life happens and I gained it back. A short unplanned trip down a mountain without my skis, resulted in ACL surgery this year. Anyone else facing modification with workouts? I am really focusing on my eating right now.

    GOOD LUCK IN 2018--YOU CAN DO THIS!! UNDERSTAND PROGRESS MAY BE SLOWER ON DIET ALONE--ARE YOU CLEARED FOR WEIGHT-BEARING OR OPEN-CHAIN EXERCISES SUCH AS STATIONARY BIKE YET?

    Yes, I have been cleared to bike, this is my second ACL repair. Unfortunately had to have my lateral and medial meniscus removed, so my doctor said no running anymore. Which is what I loved to do, so I am trying to learn to love to bike. lol
