I have a question. So I’ve be cooking brown rice in my rice maker for a prep. I’m using the entry method on MFP of “cooked long grain brown rice”. Eating about 100 grams or 150 gram on most meals. Please tell me if this is accurate.
So, does the KETO diet work for some of you? If so how long did it take your body to switch over ? I love read a lot of reviews but I guess you can never have to much info. Thanks,
