Too slow for a "big girl"

There's that whoosh
As a relative newbie who reads these forums a lot, I tried not to panic when I gained 3 pounds overnight after starting to exercise. I kept repeating all your answers of 'it's water weight' and 'be patient' to myself. This morning - whoosh 4 pounds down, that's 21 since January 1st.
