As a relative newbie who reads these forums a lot, I tried not to panic when I gained 3 pounds overnight after starting to exercise. I kept repeating all your answers of 'it's water weight' and 'be patient' to myself.
This morning - whoosh 4 pounds down, that's 21 since January 1st.

That's pretty much all I've been doing now that I'm closer to goal. I'm expecting one sometime this week. Eventually you just come to anticipate it and it won't bother you anymore.0
