I started orangetheory about two months ago and have lost over 30 pounds. I feel like the fat is literally melting off. Does anyone else have a similar experience?

Lost 45 pounds but now losing motivation
Anybody have any tips on how to stay motivated? I lost 45 pounds and I have another 40 to go. Over the past week or two I just haven’t been motivated like I used to be.

Weight loss challenge
I’m doing a six weight loss challenge, and I am half way through. The prize is $500 and I really want to win. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I should eat the day or a few days before final weigh in?

Water intake
I drink about a gallon of water a day but I am still feeling dehydrated. I try to drink all my water before 7 pm so I’m not having to pee in the middle of the night. Should I increase my intake?

Started working out and lost less weight
Hello. I was losing about 3 pounds a week with diet alone. Last week I started going to Orangetheory, and now I have been losing less weight. I don’t understand how that can be possible
