I started orangetheory about two months ago and have lost over 30 pounds. I feel like the fat is literally melting off. Does anyone else have a similar experience?
Anybody have any tips on how to stay motivated? I lost 45 pounds and I have another 40 to go. Over the past week or two I just haven’t been motivated like I used to be.

I drink about a gallon of water a day but I am still feeling dehydrated. I try to drink all my water before 7 pm so I’m not having to pee in the middle of the night. Should I increase my intake?
