Im over 3weeks in. Hit ketosis for two days and now cant get back in. Im testing with urine strips. Do i need more fat? Or just time? Are fat bombs the way? Would like seasoned keto friends. Thanks in advance.

Sleep paralysis.......
What causes sleep paralysis??? I hate it!! It freaks me out! Does anyone else have them? How can I stop them?

Short term Goal?
I know my end goal but how should i set short term goals? Daily? Weekly? Monthly seems too long for me. What do you recommend works best to stay motivated?
