Pink - it's between Trace and Small 15 --- I had gotten up to Moderate 40 but went back down. I think I may be eating too much vegetables not enough fat... ?

Hello Everyone!! Hitting 44 in May and goal is to drop 40 pounds. Slow and steady is my plan. I have lost weight quickly and it just keeps coming back.... No quickies this time. Would love more positive friends.
