I hope that we can stay on track by creating support groups that are scheduled together. So many of my MFP friends are in different time zones. I think if we shared a schedule it would be like checking in with a trainer at every meal or excercise routine. Let's create our own check in times and log in as if we were attending classes. Together anything is possible.
