I started jan 1st and this is the third time I have used this app and have been successful each time I'm 5'4 this time I started out at 164 and I weighed in last Monday I was 157 my goal is 115 last year I started at 168 and got down to 118 of course I eventually had to lower my calorie intake I always start out at 1200.1

Macros thing. I just input my calories daily. I want to lose slow though so I don’t feel
Sick or deprived. I don’t want to feel
Like I’m on a diet or else I won’t maintain it.

Went from 260 to 190 and then back to 260 due to unforseen medication side effects. Don't need the meds anymore and I've lost 30lbs. Now I've got another 40lbs to go to get to my goal of 190. I'll decide if I want to lose more once I get there. I'm 5'10.0

I am 178 and am setting a goal of 150-155. I'm 5'4". I'm trying to be realistic. I'll never be 130 again, so not as concerned with the number on the scale, but I want to feel better and healthier. Need to establish healthy eating habits.2

I actually need to lose 45 pounds. I’m 5’7” and currently 185. I want to be 140 with decent body composition from lifting. Mini goal is to be out of the 180’s by Valentine’s Day! We can do it ladies!

I'm at pound 45 lost as of today.
I'm Alex, 28 yrs, live in NYC. I started loosing weight on October 30th, 2017, at 276 lbs. I'm now at 231 lbs. I workout 4 days per week. Each day consists of 30 minutes running, 2 muscle groups worked in the weight room, and 40, 25 meter laps swimming.
I eat greens at every meal and drink over 64 oz of water daily. I haven't had fast food in 3 months. I eliminated white bread, rice, pasta, soda, and high sugar juices.3 -
I do! I am currently 185, want to get down to 145-150. I keep gaining and losing the same three pounds. I am 5'6", 57 years old. Very frustrating.

Me! About 45 pounds to lose after these last babies. I'm 5'4 ish and currently 171 lbs...goal is between 135-140. Not really working out at the moment since I get little sleep still and honestly have zero time. I am on my feet all the time and constantly moving though. One of these days they'll sleep consistently and I'll get back at it!2

I was to lose about 40lbs to go from 175lbs to 135lbs. I'm 5'2" so I may decide to lose more when I get there but I'm playing it by ear at the moment.2
