Any tips on what to eat after cardio?
Normally I do a plain yogurt and cucumber, fruit, or some dark chocolate. Not really sure if those are good for recovery post workout. Any feedback or tips are much appreciated.

Intelligent Eating - 40 and losing 30 lbs
Eating good, mostly whole food and no processed foods have been helpful for me. When you cut out those foods (most of the time), you gain focus. So after a week I found that using the elliptical for 14 minutes generated a lot of steam and my metabolism at its peak. 2 days throughout the week I added the stair stepper and really saw the intensified results. Hello, I'm Jennifer & super ready to lose 30 lbs
This is the weight I have gained post baby's. My youngest is 2 and it's time to get back in shape. I want hard abs, fit legs, and overall more slim shape. Ready, set, go!!!. It will be fun to chat it up with all of you. I'm also here to make some fitness buddies.

Eating - getting control back;)
Let's do this!!! Eating only things that don't make me fat.....lol. on occasion, I may splurge with a small piece of dark choc or a shot of alchohol. Looking forward to losing 30 lbs. All part of the fun and it's more fun to be in shape.

Treadmill verses M3 Max Trainer - about to find out!!!
I have both in my home gym now and tonight was the test run of my newest piece...M3. Could not be more excited. What a rigorous workout! Can you say pause...haha. Any similar experiences? I'll update in about a week.
