Let's do this!!! Eating only things that don't make me fat.....lol. on occasion, I may splurge with a small piece of dark choc or a shot of alchohol. Looking forward to losing 30 lbs. All part of the fun and it's more fun to be in shape.

As long as you are within your calorie allowance you can eat anything but it's good to focus on healthy foods. I don't deprive myself of chocolate everyday, just make sure they are within my calories. I love dark chocolate! ! Best wishes1
