Nightmare Dreams
Is it normal to have nightmares on keto diet? For the last 3 days i had the worst dreams you could think of, and when i wake up in between and go back to sleep it just carrying on. Would like to know if is just me or do others have the same problem and does it go away?

Just wondering if you lot do exercise from the first day on your keto/low carbs diet? I am not very good at keeping to exercise in the week but do do lots of walking in the weekends with the family. Keto symptoms
Can anyone else tell if you are in keto? Yesterday was back in keto. My cheeks got all warm and red and after i did a quick test at home it says in the top end of keto. Took me 11 days to get in to keto. What's everyone symptoms and how fast did you get in to keto?

bloated on keto diet
Hi i am in to my day 2 on keto and doing fine with it, but for some reason i am feeling bloated today. Toilet issues isn't a problem. Any one else having this issue to start with and does it go away after a while?

How much cheese
Just wondering how much cheese you all eat though out the day. Myself i probably eat to much of it. I will havr cheese with scramble eggs in the morning then nibble on 4 cubes as s snack though out the day. Might have scramble egges twice in a day with cheese.
