Hey everyone just curious as to how much cardio do you do, what form, and frequency? I myself run a minimum of 30 minutes Monday-Friday sometimes longer than 30 depending on how I feel that day.

Anyone else work crazy hours?
I work some crazy hours, 12 hours a day 18 days straight then get 4 days off, work normal 9-5 for a week then repeat. I find it hard to find self motivation with the schedule anyone else in the same boat?

Looking for motivation/accountability
I am 34 and been in the army for 15 years, generally do pretty good, but recently been finding it hard to motivate getting to the gym, my goal is Mon-Fri 30 minutes of cardio and 30-45 minutes of weights if anyone wants to hold each other accountable let me know.
