I have been consistently logging for 2076 days currently, my advice is to set small and attainable measurable goals, do not beat yourself up over small misteps, and be consistent with logging until it becomes habitual.

Rucking is the army weight loss program straight up, quickest way to shed some pounds. Just don't go too heavy too fast or it can mess up your back and knees, moderation and easing into the amount of weight/distance is key to success.

What a Dbag, seems like a poor excuse for other reasons to me. Anyway good luck on your journey remember it's more important that you want these things as opposed to revenge, although revenge is an excellent motivation primer lol. Don't skimp on squats, lunges, and even running will tone the legs and butt up nicel!

I quit drinking alcohol and started running and weighing food. I lost 60 lbs and feel great. It had a huge impact on my social life at first everyone couldn't understand why I chose to go run instead of happy hour, but now I've learned to balance happy hour occasionally while still maintaining an active healthy lifestyle,…

My pet peeve is literally any fad diet, it's a fad, not a life altering conscious decision, there is no fn magic pill or formula to make this work, it takes dedication and hard work just like, oh gee everything else in life!!
