3rd time's a charm

I have started my weight loss/health journey three years ago. I fell back into old habits after three to four months respectively. This time around, I am determine to make that change. It has been a month since I restarted back on my journey...which I am determine to keep. Already I have made changes to the way I was eating and joined a gym (which I have gone 3 - 4 times wk). I feel good inside and I can feel my self confidence starting to build up. I know I can do this .........I will do this.....
