I really would love some tips on different meals to eat and different work outs to build my legs, thighs and butt and tone my mommy tummy and get my arms bigger.
My weight fluctuates between 105-110 pounds and I am almost 5'5".
I am completely new to all of this thanks to genetics.. But my ex left me for being too small and not having a butt and being too thin.
I know its not a good reason to start exercising, but I want a revenge body. One that I can feel amazing with and he can never touch. I gave him 2 children and im ready to make something all about me for once.

So im ready to be a part of this community and learn and grow with you all. Thank you! :)

I am on that journey too. Gain weight and big booty. Am 23 yrs of age and I weight 136lbs and 5"8 tall. I have been doing exercises for a month now and I have started to gain weight. These are the exercise I do to get a bigger butt, squats, lunges, donkey kicks, fire hydrants, hip bridges for 30 mins five times a week. I recommend you focus on your butt first and then when you are satisfied with the results and then you can tame your tummy. You are going to add weight from butt exercises which is good. Eat the things you like while adding milk, smoothie and yogurt plus fruits to it, add log your calories intake on the app to see how many calories you are eating, if you are not eating enough you can encrease you food size. Make sure you don't miss your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Add me pls so that we do it together. Wish you success on this journey.

I think there are more efficient and effective ways to gaining muscle in a harmonious way. In any case, the exercises you listed engage the core, too.

I'd suggest to start with a beginner routine, full body. If you want to focus on lower body strength and building, look into Bret Contreras and his programmes (Bootyful Beginnings is the one for newbies, you can find the templates online).

Adequate protein and fat intake (building is more efficient in a caloric surplus, but it's your call how you distribute that over the day), adequate sleep, hydration.

And in the end, how you approach this from a mental point of view is important too. It's good that you're motivated - however doing anything for others < doing anything for your own self.

    Good luck!

What a Dbag, seems like a poor excuse for other reasons to me. Anyway good luck on your journey remember it's more important that you want these things as opposed to revenge, although revenge is an excellent motivation primer lol. Don't skimp on squats, lunges, and even running will tone the legs and butt up nicel!
