Hi having left a full time and demanding job in a busy office in March I have kept busy with DIY on my home. I have felt less connected with people And felt unfit. Although I play squash once a week it was not enough. Beginning of December I joined a gym. Have been going 3/4 times a week. Great to meet other people and really starting to feel the effects of working hard.
