Bouncing back

Bouncing back from an overeating day is extremely important. Do not let one day of going over your calorie goals derail your entire efforts. I for one program that in, one day a week I purposely go over and then forget about it, I don't even do it the same day every week just one random day whenever I feel like it. Doing that I don't even feel like over eating other days and find it easier to stay on track.
