I always log my gym exercise, but should additional steps recorded on my step counter (generally at least 10,000 per day) or do the steps count as normal activity?

How MFP records sodium and sugar
On some days I notice my sodium, and sometimes my sugar, intakes are recorded as over the recommended amount, however I don’t add salt to foods, avoid processed foods or ready meals, and rarely eat sweet things.
