OMAD everyday? Muscle retention?
Guys, Is it ok to do OMAD everyday? My plan is 100 days. I’ve been hitting 500 calories under. Will I lose muscle mass? I’m not a small guy (fat and muscle), so I don’t want to lose the good I got just the fat. Can I do OMAD and still gain muscle?
