So this week was another roller coaster of weight gain and loss. It seems to actually be timed as far as the same time of week I gain then a steady drop the rest of the week. Today I ate cheese burgers, fries, cheese bites and a super fruit juicer. I weighed in at 252.8 so that’s a -1.4 pound difference from yesterday. Guess the gain got knocked off pretty good. Still below my calories and my macros looked good.

Sorry I didn’t update yesterday, I was so tired after work. I ended up eating chic fl a and a fruit juicer and stayed under my 2000 calories. I ended up gaining . 4 pounds but I blame this on water retention. It was so hot at work and I drank so much water, I almost got bear caught. Anyways, moving forward!!

Down to 253.8 today. So down another .7 pounds. I ate about 2000 calories again today. Chicken quesadillas, refired beans, berry juicer, sweet tea and a few cookies. Still feeling really good. No hunger during the day. After the first week it seems that this is really easy on me and I actually feel a lot better.

Today I ate tomato beef casserole, a banana strawberry juice, corn on the Cobb, baby spinach salad with tomato’s and cucumber with a little thousand island, some mini Reese’s from my valentine stash and Im stuffed. Today since it’s the end of the weekend I’m going to have a hamburger, jalapeño poppers, fruit and veggie juice. I have a Fitbit and connected to this app. I track my exercise as well and tracks all my activity at work. I’m thinking of get protein shakes to at least get all my protein in.

Tiny dancer, I think I need more too, I’m not a small guy and very active at work. I can’t force myself to eat more in that hour. That time has really restricted how much I can fit into that time.
