Hi people this is my first week on this app and really going to give my plan a go this time , I lost weight then put it back on again set a target of 1.5 stone by the summer wish me luck in the gym haha
Just started using this app an think its great very useful ideas and help on how to lose weight
I’ve been training on and off for the past 6 years I think it’s really good to keep on adding or changing workouts so they don’t get boring and then you end up not enjoying it , Mind u I hate the treadmill haha
