Measurements larger at night
Ok I know we are more bloated at night but my measurements were an inch and inch and a half larger last night than they were this morning! Is that normal? I looked awful last night and got up this morning and looked like I had lost a clothes size over night.

Depression/ loneliness and weight loss

A little help needed please
I am trying to find out if people use their exercise calories or not? My calorie limit is just under 1300 a day and where I have linked my Fitbit I get so many more calories to use a day but not sure if that’s going to be detrimental to my weight loss if I use them. Not very good at this
