I don't drink anything with sugar in like fizzy drinks etc. Dont like them lucky enough but I do like the odd glass or 2 of wine! Suppose I better cut that put as well, boo hoo. Wow, just wow. I am your before right now and I can't seem to stick to anything. 😭 I work out and diet for 4 weeks only losing 2lb and give up.

Your before pictures are exactly me right now. I am finding it hard. Do you mind me asking how long it took? And did you exercise as well and count calories? You look fab.

I haven't lost any weight at all so far. Have 37lb to lose but it's not shifting. I am not eating back my calories from exercise because according to that I have 1,800 left after which means I would be eating more than I do normally. I don't really understand why I am not losing anything at all but I will just keep going I…

Thanks everyone. I think I do just need to keep going or I'll just keep giving up and ending up back where i started. So hard sometimes though. I'll keep looking at the success stories on here, that really helps.

I have 3 boys so I want to be healthy as well but I also want to feel good again. So fed up with feeling rubbish but I need to pick myself up and get back on it.

I was counting them on my own last time and just exercising 5 days a week for 60 mins. I cut out the normal stuff like white bread, chocolate biscuits, crisps etc. I have 40lbs to lose to be at my ideal bmi. Like I said I did start losing but it was really slow and I just quit which looking back now I know I shouldn't have.

I don’t. Like I said in another reply it was only a one off as I looked like I had gained loads of weight in one day so I was curious. Normally I measure once a week in the morning

Sorry just to clarify I normally measure myself once a week in the morning I am not mental haha. I just looked so big last night I was curious that’s all and just wondered if it was normal as it was such a big difference.

Thanks everyone. When the weather is ok for a pushchair I always get out for a walk and in these days I feel so much better but with this snow that’s come in I have been stuck in the house and it’s started getting me down. I have stuck to my diet today in order to stop that down wood spiral. I do struggle to go out…

Ah ok. I normally average 10,000 steps a day as I walk everywhere possible. I am finding that I am eating almost the same as before minus the chocolate etc so obviously my diet wasn’t that bad anyway. I’ll see how things go. Thanks everyone
