Hi ladies and gents I'm back after quite a while of wrong diets,minimum training and I've put on quite a bit of weight,cant seem to come up with a simple eating plan to follow and I need any quick weight loss tips plz,I'm feeling pretty crap tbh.π

Sustainable meal plan
Has anyone got any simple weekly meal plans I could look at that are around 2400 calories please I need it to be simple because i don't have alot of time to cook everyday so weekly meal prep is probably how I'm going to meet my daily calories. πͺπ

Not been eating enough
Hi everyone, I've just started eating properly again lol,only been 10 days but I was barely eating any decent calories before,my question is this,is it normal to have gained a couple of pounds in the first phase of eating more and weight training because maybe my metabolism hasn't kick started yet?some opinions on thisβ¦
