After putting all the info in for bicep curls, why doesn’t this app give an estimate of calories burned? All the exercises I did come up blank and doesn’t show calories burned to take it off my total of daily calorie allotment....
If you need to pickup a healthy meal in a hurry, where do you go, and what do you get/eat? I’m on the go a lot, and don’t really have time to cook all day, I’d prefer to just pick up something and thought a Chipotle chicken bowl would be healthy enough...but not really sure.
