After putting all the info in for bicep curls, why doesn’t this app give an estimate of calories burned?

All the exercises I did come up blank and doesn’t show calories burned to take it off my total of daily calorie allotment....

The MFP Strength Training section is a simple log of sets/reps/weights for individual exercises only. You can log them there, but you will not get a Calorie estimate for them individually.

MFP bases Calorie estimates on time spent, and the only place you can log the time spent for a strength training session is under Cardiovascular.

To get a Calorie estimate for the strength training session, search for "train" under Cardio, and log the number of minutes for the session as "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)."

....with the proviso that bicep curls will burn next to nothing in terms of calories. Biceps are relatively small muscles and curls are an isolation exercise, so it will burn slightly more than sitting around doing nothing, but won't amount to much.

For my weightlifting, I might spend 15-20 minutes doing it all, but I put in 10 min of "Strength Training".
