Staying on track
It is so hard for me to keep my eating habits in check. I am a sugar junkie. I don’t have a lot to lose but I want to see changes in my body and I’m having a hard time bc I give into cravings way to often. Who else has this problem?

Calorie counting, help!
When I put my calorie intake in it deducts as usual but when I input my exercise it gives me extra calories to spend. Am I suppose to eat these extra calories or not! I’m confused by it.

Don’t eat the cake!
I have been doing so good and eating right! Tonight I ate a huge piece of German chocolate cake. Why?! Ugh I feel so guilty now and on top of that I feel like I’m going to barf. Why did I give in to the stupid craving??? :'( :'(
