Calorie cutting intake
I’m 18 years old 5’5 male and going on a cut while taking in 1500 calories in a high protein low carb diet. I weight 75kg 5 weeks ago. And im now down to 70kg. Am i losing weight too fast or too slow or just in the right pace? I’m sedentary and lifts 5x a week with one 20 minute HIIT session per week. Any tips, good or bad…

IT fasting
I’ve been doing IT fasting where I fast from 7pm-11am. Then eat from 11-7. But today I wasnt able to get my last meal until 9pm cause of work. Should I change my starting time for my next meal tomorrow? Or stick with the same time of 11am? Although that wouldnt be 16 hours from 9pm.

How much body fat percentage do you guys think i have? Cause I don’t really have an ewuipment to check my bf. I’m cutting right now while liftinng 5-6x a week to maintain muscle. MU main goal is to lose fat and get my abs showing.

I’m around 5’6-5’7 and weighing 159lbs. And im cutting to get my abs showing and eating at 1300-1500 calories. Is my calorie intake too low?
