I’ve been doing IT fasting where I fast from 7pm-11am. Then eat from 11-7. But today I wasnt able to get my last meal until 9pm cause of work. Should I change my starting time for my next meal tomorrow? Or stick with the same time of 11am? Although that wouldnt be 16 hours from 9pm.

^^This. There is nothing that the eating window creates, other than a limited amount of time to consume your daily calories, therefore in theory, limiting your overall calorie consumption for the day. If you ate the same amount of calories after your meal at 9pm as you would have if that same meal was before 7pm, then there is literally no difference in the meal times and you didn't "mess" anything up.

I sort of do IF. I started off with an eating window of 1pm-9pm. But over the weeks I really just make it that I don't start eating until 1pm and eat until I've run out of calories for the day, even if that means a bedtime snack after 9pm. There's no magic in the window.

I practice IF but I call it skipping breakfast. By the time I gym and get home I'm regularly eating dinner at 10pm
If you prefer larger meals then try and delay your first meal but don't stress about eating later than usual; calories are king.

I do IF, but it's just a calorie control thing for me. I need to lose weight because I overeat snacks in the evening. Hard to me to exceed my calorie target if I delay my first meal until 2 pm.

I took a diet break back in December, and gained some weight. I stayed on my IF schedule, but I didn't start losing pounds again until I dialed the calories down to the right level. As others noted, there's no magic in the timing.
