Transitioning to bulking and feeling bloated lately
I’m on a 2 weeks maintenance break before going on a bulk after a 6 months cut. I’m only 1 week in to my maintenance diet which meant eating more cabs and I’m really going bloated lately and feel like I’m fat and don’t want to bulk lol. This is just normal right?

Butter/oil calories
How much % of the butter or oil that you use sticks to your chicken when you fry it? When should i start my bulk?
Hi i’ve been cutting since febuary and this is how my body looks like right now but im already getting tired of being in calorie deficit but if i have to still cut before i bulk i will do it and just suck it up till im able to bulk :D any tips woould be helpful

What an I doing wrong?
It’s my 4th month of cutting and I stopped losing weight even though I have bene religiously counting my calories by weighing everyhing(from drinks to food). Should I decrease my calorie intake or just stick with it? And is it possible that this could all just be water weight but in reality im still losing fat?

Thought on diet sodas
What do you think of diet sodas? Would it affect a person’s weight loss? I know it’s zero calories but a lot if research says that it leads to weight increase but then again I believe in calories in and calories out. Just want to hear what other people think :)

Weight lifting intensity
Is lifting weights considered a light intensity workout or moderate or heavy? I just want to know what option to use for my calorie calculator such as (lightly active,active,very active) im basically sedentary until I go to the gym.

Getting more flexible with my diet
I used to be strict with my diet for the first 2 months of my cut that I wouldnt give myself any “treats” but now I’m more flexible and even giving myself 200-300 calories of “treats”(candies, soda, etc) of my total 1750 calories per day. I’m really happy as I no longer feel guulty whenever I eat these “treats”.

Just got back from vacation
Gained 5lbs after I checked my weight tonight after a 2 week vacation at DC. Now im planning to take an aggressive calori deficit for the next 2 days like take a 1000 calofie deficit. Weight loss
Am I losing weight too fast? Im around 19% bf rn. Im 18 yrs old and 5’6. Ive been using what mpf gave me for my daily calorie intake. I’m also in a high protein low carb diet so im not exactly sure if all the weight loss is fat. Should i up my calories?

600 calories below calorie intake but alreay full
First time this happened to me over the course of my 3 month cutting diet. I have only eaten 1200 calories and stil 600 calories left to eat but I’m already full. Protein shake before bed
I usually workout at around 9-10pm so I take my protein shake right after I workout when I get home which is around 30 mins after working out and I sleep at around 1130. Is it bad to sleep right after you take a protein shake?
