Joined planet fitness Black Card membership through their online website but I didn’t get any email for confirmation or such. So do I just go to the PF branch that I joined at and go to the front desk?

I don't think anyone here would work at your particular PF branch so it would be best to ask them directly. We have no way of knowing what went wrong or why.2
