One day off keto?!?! Weight gain?
I started keto about a week ago and lost 5 pounds. It was my boyfriend and I anniversary on Sunday and we went out to dinner. I had pasta and a chocolate lava cake. It is two days later and I am 3 pounds heavier. Could it be?!?! I went back on keto the next day but I am concerned about the gain.

First day of keto diet.
I was doing a liquid diet for the past month. I was drinking Soylent three times a day and I loved it. I lost 9 pounds. Today I decided to switch from that to the keto diet. I ordered a book on Amazon simply keto. I'm very excited. Does anyone have any advice??!

Gaining weight after 1 cheat meal?! Anyone else
I had a cheat meal last night for dinner. This is the first time in about a month that I really went crazy. My boyfriend and I ordered meatballs, fried Alfredo balls, sliders, french fries...etc. After I got home I felt so nauseous because I haven't eaten like that in over a month. Final stretch
I am in the last few days of my first month dieting. I have lost 8 pounds this month and I would like to lose another ten. People tell me they can see I lost but I don't see a huge difference. I'm proud of myself and I'm hoping that I see a big difference soon.

Wishing it would all come off
So far I've lost 6 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. I have moments of wanting to eat whatever I want, but then I keep telling myself I've been unhappy with my weight so I have to keep focused. Over all I'm doing good..

The day after easter
I started dieting 15 days ago. I have been doing really good so far and lost a little over 4 pounds. Yesterday was Easter and I ate SO much and everything was unhealthy. I keep feeling like I will ruin my diet if I have days like that every once in a while, but today I'm back on track.
