walked almost 13000 steps, it only says 157 calories burned.
the walking part is not the main part of my workout, I just want to try and hit 10-14k a day. I just the diet part down where I enter foods. Did I do something wrong? Its hooked up to my garmin account.

trying to find stretches that I should be doing every day

how many calories do I burn at rest a day?
I'm 36, 5'10 and 245lbs about how many calories do i burn a day just to stay a live? I forgot what thats called or how to even look it up. I know 3500 calories is one pound of fat. I have a garmin vivofit 2 synced with this app, still learning! Thanks
