with so much info on the web, i can't find what i'm looking for.. I'd like a 10-15 min stretch video on how to get my whole body alittle more limber.

Does anyone have anything like this?

no! that is one of my goals though. I take it a full yoga workout would do that as well.. Do you stretch before you do yoga? I'll have to find more info on this.

No, don't stretch cold muscles. The yoga class will warm you up first then stretch you out.

There are some yoga videos (though I use gaia.com) that are gentle morning stretches or evening routines that focus on stretching.

The routine at the top of this page seems pretty straightforward https://bradversusfitness.wordpress.com/2016/03/28/3-at-home-workouts/

And here are several ones that look like they could work https://www.pinterest.com/pin/715016878310656526/

Check out using the TRX to stretch. I use the trx and do full body deep stretches in about 5 minutes and it feel great. Its great for limbering up and mobility because I get in and out of positions I wouldn't be able to otherwise if I didn't' have the straps for assistance

Are you wanting to stretch out tight muscles or improve your mobility AKA the ease in which you can move various body parts?

Yoga is good for stretching type stuff and there are loads of free resources on the net.

I am quite into mobility method type training at the moment to improve problem areas that are focused on bodyweight exercise and just having a bit of fun. I really like gmb and their programs. You do have to pay for some of the programs but they also offer free stuff and advice to get you started. Ido Portal is another movement school which is pretty cool.

    Good luck with your stretching.
