Dreading the scales after a holiday
I have been on a 1 week holiday abroad and quit logging - I skipped breakfast or lunch to compensate but then ate large portions for dinner and loads of alcohol - for 7 days. “You’re on holiday, enjoy yourself” that’s what everyone was telling me. Scale is stuck on 63.1/63.3KG
I have been eating 1500 calories for almost 3 weeks now and on Monday I was happy to lose 1KG. I’ve stuck to it again this week and 4 days later I’m now 63.3. I did drink alcohol last night - is this it?

Scales stuck on 61.7kg
6 days running scales are at 61.7kg. Weigh as soon as I wake up. 1500 calories a day, no exercise. Why isn’t the scale moving??? I’m weighing all of my food and logging everything including milk.

Broken 9 day streak
