Lockdown weight gain

Sugar intake
So in this app. It says I can have 60 grams of sugar a day allowance.. But here in the UK the daily allowance of sugar is 30 grams. Is there anyway of changing this amount in the app..

Food log help
Does it matter if I log my food as raw ingredients and add the amount of oil I use to cook items. Or use the pre set food diary option.. Is this going to make much difference to my calorie intake... Example.. Home made roast potatoes and I know how much oil I used and log it Or use the pre set roast potatoe diary option

Calories
So in the UK it says a man's calorie uptake should be 2000 calories.. This app tells me to eat 1800.. Is this so I loose weight

Push ups
So I have started doing push ups.. When I log it on here it gives no sign of calories burnt.. I understand at the moment I'm only doing 10 press ups but I'm hoping on building on that.. But would like to know that even doing 10 push ups is burning something.. Any ideas
