Does one egg really have 5 grams of fat like this app says.

According to USDA a 50g egg has 5.3g of fat, so yes I'd say it's right. The fat is in the yolk by the way. From wikipedia:More than half the calories found in eggs come from the fat in the yolk; 50 grams of chicken egg (the contents of an egg just large enough to be classified as "large" in the US, but "medium" in Europe) contains approximately five grams of fat.
