I really enjoy adding my food on.. I add my food as I eat it so I know how many calories I'm eating.. I think you need to pre plan to get the best results.. Also once you have done this for a while you pretty much remember how many calories are in your usual portions or items you eat so that helps you stay on par or under…

I have basically put on just over a 14 pounds in 6weeks,, as all I have done is sat on the couch and eat what ever I felt like.. But now it's time to put the Ben n Jerry's down and start been good again.

So the American version will have a larger sugar intake level then.. As usa adults allowance is over 37 grams of sugar. Or is it 60 grams of sugar across the board in total, even though countries vary on sugar intake

This is great.. Thanks a lot.. I cook everything from scratch so I have been logging everything as raw ingredients and then logging the amount of oil I use to cook the ingredients together... So knowing that's the best way I'm happy knowing I'm doing it right.. Thank you once again much appreciated.

I don't think it will let you log that in on here.. For safety it's best to hit at least 1200 minimum.. I wouldn't recommend only finishing the day at 900...

You should be fine... I have lost 5 pounds in 6 days so far.. I usually can drop weight quite quickly.. And staying within daily a calorie intake. Some of us just burn it off more quickly than others.. It usually slows down after a while anyhow..

I have found this app helpfull.. Just by logging in food iv eaten through the day had helped me personally... I lurrrve sugar snacks and soda.. But I want to be healthier to.. I also find drinking water helps.. No too tasty I know.. Be strong and keep in mind all ways the size or weight you want to be and that should help…
