What are some of your go-to make ahead/freezer meals. I am allergic to seafood, but other than that, anything goes. I have 3 more days at home with the kiddos for Christmas break, so I figured this is as good a time as any to actually plan ahead instead of always just talking about it.

What counts as “water”?
Years ago, “they” used to say that you should drink a certain number of cups/Oz a day of pure water (i.e. coffee, tea, pop, etc don’t count). Is that still the conventional wisdom? Do you count “other” beverages toward your water intake?
