Collecting maple sap
Anyone have a good way of logging this as exercise? I tend to skip other exercise on days I do this as the collecting can be strenuous. It can be from one to 8 hours a day on the days I collect, carrying buckets and lifting them, 25 lbs (?) per bucket, in the woods, stepping over logs and some hills.

Goal weight criticized

Fat legs!!!
Anyone have any leg before and afters? Especially if you had the type of leg that is narrow at the ankle but then gets wider and wider all way up, with no dip at the knees? No knees :( I’ve been told my legs will look the same even if I lose, and that just crushes my soul. I have to have hope! Please share your leg success!
