How much is to much
So my goal weight is 140 pounds. I started last month paying attention to my calorie intake and started walking for exercise. My lifestyle up until then was very sedentary. I haven't changed my diet much other than keeping it below my 1800 calories a day. I didn't want to change to much to fast. Thing is I've lost close to…

Heart rate
Went walking. When I got back home my heart rate was 120. It's usually around 70. Is that good or should I aim higher/lower?

Does everyone have a plan?
Just curious. I just started this last week. The only plan I have is to walk at least 5 days a week, Eat more fruits and veggies, and drink more water. And log my food everyday to see where I'm at in calories. I haven't put a huge amount of thought in it above that.

Hey everybody! I just started this app last week. Just tired of seeing the numbers on the scale keep slowly rising for the last 3 year's. My whole family including myself is considered obese. I'm 5'4" 180 pounds. Looking to get healthy and back down to my prepregnancy weight of 140 pounds.

To little calories?
So I don't actually mean to do this. But I work 12 hour night shifts. I'm a nurse so I can plan all day but I don't get my whole 1,870 calories a day in. Usually it's more like 1,500. Will that be a problem?
