Are chia seeds worth the extra calories when trying to lose?
I just bought black chia seeds to put in my smoothies. They seems great nutrition wise but I’m only on a 1200 calorie diet (4ft 11in) and wondering if they are worth the extra 120 calories? They seem like they would help me reach my fiber goal. Thoughts please?

How can I figure out my maintenance allowance? I had to eat 1100 calories to lose my last 5 lbs (around .5lb - 1lb a week). Occasional Days I was extra hungry, I would eat around 1300. Burning sensation side of armpit after lifting

4’11 and gain at 1200
Here is my TDEE I calculated but whenever I eat 1200-1300calories, Even when it’s not processed food, I wake up a little heavier. The only time I really lose is when I eat 900-1000 (that’s a loss of around .5-1lb a week) Is it my height and I just need to up my exercise? Or should I try 2 weeks at 1200-1300 and see if it…

Carb cyling
Has anyone tried carb cycling? I have 10lbs to lose and am at a plateau.. I was researching carb cycling and was wondering if it would boost my metabolism without going over calories to help drop the last 10lbs.

So I woke up heavier today after eating really well yesterday. The only thing I can think of is that my calories were too low to lose? Not typical for me, but was really busy running around with the kids & couldn’t eat as frequently. I did meal prep and was satisfied all day though.
